We would like to thank you for visiting our website. This page explains the Terms and Conditions in accordance with the products listed on our website www.preetyhair.com.

Kindly read these Terms and Conditions before ordering any products from the website. By purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by our Terms and Conditions.

You should read these Terms and Conditions regularly to know more with regards to any changes we have made to our Terms and Conditions. 

Payments

Can be made via internet banking or with valid credit or debit card issued by the bank is listed. Priced and shipping rates are subject to change without prior notice however changes will not affect the order which has accepted.

 

Delivery

Delivery costs for Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and also Sarawak will be charged according to the price stipulated by the logistics provider.

We aim to deliver your order to you at the delivery address listed and by the delivery time indicated by us at the time of your order checkout  as updated in the order confirmation. 

We shall notify you if we expect to be unable to meet our estimated delivery date, but to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges, or expenses arising out of late delivery.

You may contact our customer representative in case of any faults, defects or damage. You shall be able to provide the documents delivered with the product if it is needed.

 

Return Policy

All items sold are not refundable or exchangeable.

In the event of damaged, missing or incorrect goods received, these matters must be reported to PreetyHair within (3) days of receipt. This can be done via Whatsapp at our customer service number or via email to [email protected] and your email will normally be replied to within 3 working days from the receipt of your email.

In the event that incorrect goods are delivered, you may return the Product to us within three (3) days of receipt. The product shall be unused, and the product shall be in the original brand packaging (if applicable). This policy is applicable only to those products which do not fall under the list of non-refundable brands/items provided on our site.

PH shall have no responsibility to replace the same if the goods are removed from their packaging. Further, usage of any goods in any way, as determined at the discretion and the sole opinion of an appropriate PH  employee shall void any claims that incorrect goods have been delivered. Any delivery charges paid earlier are not refundable.

You may return your damaged/ incorrect goods through the nearest courier service office in your area.

The customer is responsible for any freight and insurance charges involved in returning the goods back to PH. Please pack the return goods properly to ensure that the goods do not get damaged in transit and register/insure them if sending by post. PH  will not be responsible for any loss or damaged goods returned for exchange.

Your returned products together with your return slip are usually received and accepted at our warehouse within five (5) working days after the drop-off at the post office counters.
